At the very least, many assumed a drop in sales as watches practicality lessened; this did happen, in fact, in 2008 when the economic crisis struck. Luxury items like watches took an understandable market hit. But Michael Kors, one of Americas leading fashion and accessories designers, has managed to stay on top despite an overall drop in sales. Recent Golden Globe nominee Hayden Panettiere has been spotted wearing Michael Korss Mid Size Runway Watch, a stainless steel, 39mm style with a deep brown face and a rosy mother of pearl dial.
